GIZ “EU Support for TVET System in Palestine”
The new EU funded programme “EU Support for the TVET System in
Palestine” is implemented by GIZ in partnership with the Palestinian
Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Education and Higher Education in all
governorates of the West Bank.
The programme, which spans for four years, benefits and gains additional
leverage from the progress in system building, such as developed core
processes and informal donor coordination, as well as awareness building
for TVET. It continues to follow the demand-driven approach in prioritized
economic sectors and occupations to enhance the quality and relevance
of training provision in order to meet the social and economic needs of
Palestine. The implementing bodies at the local level are therefore the
Local Employment and Training (LET) Councils, previously established
with GIZ support.
GIZ is currently seeking qualified locally registered vendors to supply
Equipment & Tools for the Electrical Applications Training Programme- Al
Bir Society & YMCA in Jericho
Qualified suppliers are hereby invited to submit their quotations for the
provision of the listed specified items.
