Specific Procurement Notice
1. The Palestinian Ministry of Finance & Planning has received funding from the United States
Development Agency toward the cost of capacity building of Project Palestinian Stakeholders.
2. The Palestinian Energy Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Consultancy
Service of Preparation of Detailed Technical Study (DTS) of Solar PV System for Tulkarem NSF camp.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Palestinian Energy Authority
(PEA), Procurement Officer, Email: procurement@menr.org and inspect the Bidding Documents at
the address given below from 8:00 a.m – 3:00 p.m, Ramallah Time.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be obtained by interested eligible
bidders from the PEA mentioned below address.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 pm (local time), 7th December, 2016
.Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in
the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address
below at 12:00 pm (local time), 7th December, 2016
6. A site visit and pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, 22nd November, 2016, at Tulkarem NSF
camp site at 10:00 AM.
7. All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” with an amount of NIS 2,500.
The bid security shall be valid for 120 days from the bids submission date, i.e. up to 6th April, 2017.
