Role Summry & Responsibilities:

 

Role Summary :

 

The Project Manager and Business Analyst (PM and BA) oversees all aspects of projects including planning, monitoring and controlling processes. The Project Manager and Business Analyst is responsible for completion of the project on time, on budget and on spec.

 

To this end, the PM&BA performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, coordinating all resources and communicating with all involved parties; and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of the project. The PM&BA should review, update, document and archive properly Finance department process in close coordination with Finance team and across all company. PM&BA represents Finance in multiple projects in the Company where he/she should align internally on Finance requirements in a neat and organized manner. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities :

 

-Directing and managing project development from beginning to end.

-Defining project scope, goals, risks and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and involved parties.

-Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

-Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

-Drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary in coordination with the director.

-Communicating project expectations to team members and involved parties in a timely and clear fashion.

-Tracking project milestones and deliverables.

-Developing and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

-Defining project success criteria and circulate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. Review, update, document and archive properly Finance department process in close coordination with Finance team and across all company.

-Represents Finance in multiple projects in the Company where he/she should align internally on Finance requirements in a neat and organized manner. 

 

 

Work Experience & Qualifications::

 

 

 

-Minimum 5 years’ of experience in project management.

-Experience in Telecom / Network / IT related project management is a plus.

-Advanced-level experience with project management software.

-Possessing general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.

-Previous experience in process development and documentation.

-Ability to work with Processes software (i.e. visio) and flow charts.

-Possessing basic financial knowledge in the areas of revenue and cost-to-completion projections.

-Effective communication, report writing, and presentation skills.

-Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills.

-Excellent problem-solving skills.

-Good leadership and persuasiveness capabilities to lead projects to successful completion.

-Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet, email , Ms project

-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).

-Abilities to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment.
