Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
MUSAWA – The Palestinian Center for the Independence of the Judiciary and legal Profession is looking for potential candidates to fill the following positions for the headquarter - Ramallah
Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer – Part time
Qualifications:
-BA in Social Sciences, Monitoring and Evaluation or a related field
-Excellent in both languages (Arabic & English)
-Experience of working within the civil society.
-1-2 years of direct Monitoring and Evaluation experience
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
-To establish monitoring and evaluation systems that correlate to the needs of each project within a results based approach
-To centralize said systems to ensure constant updating of data for all projects
-Compile data for donors reports, interim reports and final reports
-Monitoring organizational outcomes against the core programs stated indicators and where necessary implementing change.
-Provide staff with capacity building training when needed to ensure they are all operating on the same templates throughout each project year
-Provision of analytical reports as part of the annual evaluation process
-Updating the M&E strategy to encompass results based programming and the human rights based approach
-Ensuring the M&E strategy is fully adhered too and that all staff members’ future and current are trained in how to follow this
-Lead the development of the M&E action plan for three month periods and work accordingly
-Lead the implementation of the result based programming
