Gaza Today – 77 Palestinians Killed, Including 25 Waiting for Aid
A Palestinian medical source reported on Wednesday evening, July 23, 2025, that 77 Palestinians have been killed—among them 25 people who had been waiting for humanitarian aid—by Israeli army fire and airstrikes across the Gaza Strip since dawn today.
On Wednesday evening alone, around 12 Palestinians were killed and dozens injured in Israeli airstrikes targeting the Nuseirat refugee camp, Khan Younis, and Gaza City.
Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat announced that it had received 8 fatalities and 57 wounded as a result of an Israeli strike on a group of civilians in Al-Ishreen Street in central Gaza.
In a separate strike on the Al-Zawaida area in central Gaza, three more civilians were killed and dozens injured.
According to a medical source, Ibrahim Ziyad Al-Hams was killed and more than 10 others wounded when Israeli forces struck a tent in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. A drone strike on another tent in the same area claimed additional lives and left dozens injured.
In the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood north of Khan Younis, one civilian was killed in an Israeli strike on the home of the Abbas family.
